We value each and every one of our wish girls and want you to be over the moon with your purchase. If for any reason, you aren't glamoured, please follow the steps below to process your return:
- Please fill in your Return Slip (incl. in your original package) and post it back with your order. If you have misplaced your slip, please email us for a copy.
- Orders must be returned within 21 Working Days from the day you received it. Unfortunately, if your return exceeds our 21 Working Day policy we will not be able to process your return (sorry ladies!).
- All returns are processed within 5 Working Days from the day we receive your parcel in our head office.
Please note we only offer Refunds on items purchased at full price (you are still eligible for a refund if you have used your first-time subscriber's discount)
You are responsible for posting your returned goods back to Wish. We recommend using a prepaid service that offers tracking (such as Australia Post Parcel or Express satchels, within Australia). This ensures safe receipt of goods and prevents missing items because that would break both our hearts. Wish is not responsible for any lost incoming parcels so please be sure to use the above method.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, the amount refunded into your account will be purely for the original goods purchased.

We do not allow returns for a refund or credit note for the following:
- Your return does not arrive within our returns policy timeframe
- Products that appear to be worn, have any marks such as deodorant, fake tan, makeup (in fact, any sort of visible marks)
- Products that have any scents of perfume, deodorant etc
- Products that are damaged in any way. All products returned must be received in their original condition with all tags attached
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet our terms and conditions. In this case, the item will be posted back to you.
All items bought under any sale or promotion including flash sales and promotions are final and cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty.
